I’ve been working on my upcoming book, ‘Feedback Fitness’.  In preparation I’ve been reading (mostly listening to) many books and podcasts, filtering the information through the lens of, ‘how does this relate to feedback conversations?'

Here are some of my recent favourite listens on reducing stress:

‘But I don’t have time to read, and if I do sit and read, I fall asleep’.

You might like to listen instead of reading.  Most books these days have an audio version available so you can listen as you drive, exercise, do chores etc.   I use Audible to listen to many books and podcasts.  You can often find a podcast of the author being interviewed so you can check them out before you go ahead and purchase the audio book.
